The Orchid House is located just across the street from the steps leading up to the college. It’s a quick 5 minute walk if you’re going to the East campus, 10 minutes if you’re heading over to the West campus.
No. Students can come and go as they please. They have keys to enter the property after hours when the gates are locked, and there is adult supervision 24 hours a day.

Breakfast Monday through Friday 7:00am until 9:00am and on week ends 8:30am until 10:30am.
Dinner every night from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. (if you have class during these times we can arrange for a hot plate to be saved for you.)

Yes. The Orchid House is open to domestic and international students, who study at SBCC.

No overnight guests can stay at the Orchid House. We provide an environment for studying and guests disrupt the normal daily routine.
There is no house- keeping. Students clean their own rooms.
